Will Verizon Let Its Employees Have a Free
and Fair Choice?

Technicians in Verizon's large business division have joined together to form a union at their workplace. More than 60% have signed cards saying they want a union. Verizon needs to honor its employees' choice.

Independent third parties have counted those cards and verified that a majority of the affected workers have signed. Verizon must respect a democratic choice by its employees.

Fifteen members of Congress and many other public officials have written to Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg requesting that the company respect its' employees' decision. Verizon should honor its employees' choice.
